RFQ#: RFP-ENR-004-GC

The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is requesting proposals from the private sector for a visual artist in Mary’s Harbour, Labrador. The contractor will be responsible for visual note-taking and creating a visual recording on NCC’s Environment and Natural Resources Annual Resource Stewardship Workshop, as required, as outlined in this RFQ & Scope of Work. 

Contract will begin February 12, 2024, and end February 23, 2024.

GUIDELINES

  • Preference may be given to service providers registered with the NunatuKavut Business Centre.
  • The service provider will be responsible in providing all equipment/supplies/material needed to create a visual recording during the workshop. 
  • The final project delivery will be the original visual recording and a digital copy of the visual recording.

SCOPE OF WORK

Create a visual recording during the Annual Resource Stewardship Workshop on February 20 and 21, 2024. Provide the original visual recording and a digital copy of the illustration to NCC by February 23, 2024. Details of deliverables will be included in the quote package. 

Note: NunatuKavut Community Council Incorporated will be the sole owner of the visual recording produced and may not be reproduced without consent from the NunatuKavut Community Council Inc.
