REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP): CONTRACTOR SERVICES IN LABRADOR CITY, NL PARKING LOT PAVING

RFP#: 2404-001-RFP-COO

The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is inviting proposals from the private sector to pave existing parking lot at our new office location at 610 Tamarack Drive in Labrador City, NL. The contractor will be responsible for all required labor, equipment, materials and permits related to the completion of this project as outlined in this RFP &Scope of Work.

GUIDELINES

This will be a sealed bid process and all bids must be received at the Indigenous Services Center, NunatuKavut office or stamped and sent to 610 Tamarack Drive in Labrador City, NL A2V 2L3 on or before April 30, 2024 @ 16:30AST.
Sealed bids must clearly state RFP# 2404-001-RFP-COO
All sealed bids will be reviewed on or before May 10, 2024 @ 4:30 p.m. AST with bidders being notified by May 17, 2024.
The contractor will be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance upon accepting the contract.
The contractor will be required to provide a Letter in Good Standing with Workplace NL.
Preference may be given to contractors registered with the NunatuKavut Business Registry.
The successful contractor will be required to participate in a project kickoff and project completion meeting.
Work to be completed on or before August 31, 2024.

The following items will be required with your submission:

Detailed work proposal satisfying NCC’s scope of work.

SCOPE OF WORK

Paving work scope 610 Tamarack Drive, Labrador City, NL.

All works to include labor, equipment, materials and permits to complete parking lot paving,
Positive drainage away from office building,
Paving finish elevation to match existing sidewalk around office building,
Painting of parking stalls as noted in drawing # 12HF0089-101.
