2021 Salmon Designation Distribution for Southern Labrador

Distribution for NCC’s communal salmon fishery designations for southern Labrador will start on June 25. Please pay close attention to venues and times in the poster below and note the following:

  • The salmon season is open from July 1 to August 8
  • Members are required to have their valid membership card on hand
  • Tags are issued on a first-come, first-serve basis so early pick-up is encouraged
  • Catch logs must be returned by September 30, 2021. All returned catch logs will be entered in a prize draw!

Please note that the distribution of designations for Non-Resident Members is the same as previous years. Designations include three salmon tags and they must be picked up in person at a local office. Non-Resident fishers must fish from a sponsor’s net.
