Call for Expressions of Interest: High Efficiency Woodstove supply and installation in Black Tickle

The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is soliciting Expressions of Interest regarding the supply and installation of approximately 15 high efficiency woodstoves in the partner community of Black Tickle, Labrador. Proponents will also be asked to provide education for the safe operation of stoves.

Guidelines

In your Expression of Interest, please include:

  • Pricing for any required inspection, supply, and installation of 15 EPA certified high efficiency woodstoves*
  • A brief description of your company and key personnel
  • Availability to work with NCC staff virtually in the community to provide more detailed quotations (if necessary)
  • A description of training, education and awareness initiatives that can be offered to recipients on safe operation of stoves

The successful proponent will be responsible for providing shipping, freight and all necessary tools and equipment for the community.

Please note that the shipping season in Black Tickle closes in approximately November of each year. Travel and accommodations will be compensated according to NCC’s travel rates and should not be included in the quotations.
