September 2, 2021

NCC’s Employment and Skills Development department creating a resume database

Are you a NunatuKavut member with previous training or education?
Are you looking for employment in Labrador and Newfoundland?

The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) Employment and Skills Development (ESD) Department is looking to compile a database of members who are looking for employment. This will help us match our members with industry partners who may be looking to hire in the future!

We are collecting resumes from the following:

  • Electricians
  • Heavy Duty Mechanics
  • Heavy Equipment Operators
  • Welders
  • Millwrights
  • Pipefitters
  • Labourers
  • Engineering Technicians
  • University graduates (in the environmental sciences, engineering programs and other related technical fields)
  • Other skilled trades

Send your most recent and updated resume to:

Deborah Newman
Partnership & Job Development Coordinator
E-mail: dnewman@nunatukavut.ca
Fax: (709) 896-0651

Once received, we will follow up to find out more about you and how we can help you with your job search. We can also provide assistance in building your resume.

Apply soon to get your resume added to our employment database!
