Request For Proposals: Harvesting and Processing of Firewood

The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is inviting proposals from the private sector to harvest and process 75 cords of firewood for Black Tickle, Labrador. The successful enterprise will be able to access NCC’s newly acquired domestic firewood processor (stored in Port Hope Simpson) in the winter and spring of 2020.

Please note that only submissions from enterprises registered in Nunacor’s business directory will be accepted. If interested, complete the short application form in the PDF below and submit by email to bwood@nunatukavut.ca. Submissions must be received by March 16, 2020. NCC’s Community Firewood Planning Committee will evaluate submissions and announce results by March 23, 2020.
