Search Minerals is a rare earth element exploration company committed to developing the world-class Rare Earth Elements (REE) district of south-eastern Labrador, located in the heart of NunatuKavut.
They are looking to hire for the following positions in the coming weeks. Job application details are outlined in each job ad. Contract Geologist (FIFO) – 4 positions
The Contract Geologists (FIFO) will join a geology team in St. Lewis, Labrador, to help advance Search’s growing Rare Earth Element district. Under the supervision of the Project Geologist, the successful candidates will participate in all aspects of their exploration program.
Student Geologist – 5 positions
The Student Geologists (FIFO) will join a geology team in St. Lewis, Labrador, to help advance Search’s growing Rare Earth Element district. They welcome applicants from 3rd and 4th year Earth Sciences programs and recent grads. Under the supervision of the Project Geologist, the successful candidates will participate in all aspects of their exploration program.
Cook/Housekeeping Help
The Cook/Housekeeping Help will work at Search’s site located in St. Lewis, Labrador for the upcoming field season. The successful candidates will be responsible for all aspects of food production including meal planning, safe food preparation and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining area.
General Labourers
General Laborers will join Search’s team in St. Lewis, Labrador, to help advance our growing Rare Earth Element district.
Lab Technicians (2 positions)
The Lab Technicians will join Search’s team in St. Lewis, Labrador, to help advance their growing Rare Earth Element district. Under the supervision of the Project Geologist, the successful candidates will process incoming geochemical samples and assist with other lab work as needed.
Yard Foreman
A Yard Foreman who will join Search’s team in St. Lewis, Labrador, to help advance their growing Rare Earth Element district.
