1.0 EOI Services
- 1.1 Background
The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is a rights-based governing body for approximately 6,000 NunatuKavut Inuit who reside primarily in south and central Labrador. NunatuKavut means “Our Ancient Land” and refers to the traditional territory of the Inuit who belong to this land.
NCC requires cleaning services at our Labrador City Office Building located at 610 Tamarack Drive, Labrador City, NL.
- 1.2 Services Description
Cleaning services must be performed 3 times weekly, Monday, Wednesday & Friday and not during regular office hours of 08:30 – 16:30 Monday – Friday. Refer to Schedule A for breakdown of cleaning services required.
- 1.3 Service Dates
EOI will close Friday February 21, 2025, at 16:30 AST.
The service contract will begin Monday February 24, 2025.
Service contract ends March 31, 2026.

The successful service provider will report directly to:
The NunatuKavut Community Council or its delegated person.
