A limited amount of licences are available for Gros Morne National Park. The process of selecting names will be a lottery draw. Names that are drawn will be asked to fill out a form that includes:
- Name
- NCC Membership Number
- Proof of a valid Outdoor Identification Card
- Confirmation that they can legally possess a firearm and a game license
- Confirmation that they did not receive a moose license for the 2022 year
- Confirmation of availability for specific hunting dates
