The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is requesting proposals from the private sector for snow clearing and removal services in Cartwright, Labrador. The contractor will be responsible for clearing and removing snow from the office and staff house doors and ramps, parking lot, and sanding.
Scope Of Work
Provide snow clearing and removal services at NCC’s Office and Staff House locations in Cartwright located at 10 Point Road. Contract service dates will begin on October 13, 2025, and end on March 31, 2026.
Snow removal services must be completed after snowfall events and prior to office opening 08:30 Monday to Friday and will include:
- 2 doorways, steps landings at ramp at office trailer location,
- 2 doorways, steps and landings at staff house location,
- Must provide own equipment,
- Apply sand or other anti-slip aids, this material will be provided by NCC.
Submissions must be received by 4:30pm AST on October 10, 2025.
