Introduction
The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is inviting proposals from contractors to complete land development and municipal servicing work at 281 Main Road, Cartwright, NL, directly opposite the Department of Fisheries and Oceans facility along Airstrip Road.
The purpose of this project is to prepare and service approximately 3,000 m² of the property for future construction. The work includes clearing, site preparation, imported quarry rock fill, crushed stone, site access and drainage, municipal water service, an engineered septic system, final grading and cleanup. The property boundaries and limits of the development area have already been established by survey.
