The NunatuKavut Community Council (NCC) is inviting qualified NunatuKavut businesses to submit quotes for retrofit work on our Food Sharing Building, located at 82-84 Pioneer Street, Port Hope Simpson, NL.
This project will involve construction and interior upgrades to improve the building’s functionality and support NCC’s ongoing food sharing initiatives.
Project Details
- Scope of Work: Includes foundation and crawl space construction, deep cold storage box installation, exterior access improvements, and interior finishing work.
- Materials: Some materials will be provided by NCC as outlined in the Scope of Work; the contractor will supply the remainder, along with all labour and equipment.
- Permits and Disposal: The contractor is responsible for securing all required permits and for proper disposal of old materials.
- The successful bidder must provide a Certificate of Insurance and Letter of Good Standing from WorkplaceNL upon award of the contract.
Submissions must be received by 4:30pm AST on November 11, 2025.
